Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of cb6, accessible at cb6.vin. The platform provides online gaming services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games to eligible players located in Bangladesh and other supported jurisdictions. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cb6 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the cb6 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the platform are processed through encrypted channels. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals made through your cb6 account.

Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may trigger an account review.
• cb6 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any charges levied by your payment provider.
• Deposits are credited to your cb6 balance upon confirmation from your payment provider. In the case of mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), credits are typically instantaneous. cb6 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. cb6 may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds. cb6 will notify you of any outstanding documentation requirements before processing is initiated.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. cb6 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method in specific circumstances, including where the original method is no longer active.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in the Bonuses & Promotions section of these Terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification procedures.
• cb6 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal for the purposes of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering checks, or compliance with applicable legal requirements. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it, where permitted by law.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all gameplay, wagering, and betting activity conducted through the cb6 platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface and supplement these general rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been placed and accepted by the cb6 system may not be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance, except where a specific game mechanic (such as a crash game cash-out function) permits early termination.
• cb6 uses RNG (Random Number Generator) certified software for all slot games and virtual table games. The outcome of each spin, hand, or game round is determined entirely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by the platform or any external party.
• cb6 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical fault, data corruption, or any other error that materially affected the outcome of a game. In such circumstances, the affected bet amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• For sports betting markets, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other fixtures, cb6 reserves the right to suspend markets, change odds, or void bets in response to breaking news, injury announcements, match postponements, or other events that materially affect the integrity of the market.
• cb6 is not responsible for any interruption to gameplay caused by network connectivity issues, device failure, or any other technical problem outside of the cb6 platform's direct control. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before initiating any bet or game session.

Account Suspension and Termination

cb6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or termination, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions, the age eligibility requirements, or the one-account rule.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or provision of documentation that is found to be falsified, altered, or otherwise fraudulent.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct connected with the player's account or transactions, pending investigation.
• A player may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cb6 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cb6 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and compiled data, is the property of cb6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the cb6 platform without the prior written consent of cb6. Unauthorised use of cb6's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

cb6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cb6 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by direct communication to the registered mobile number or email address on the account. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the cb6 platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cb6's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief before any competent court.
